If they offered an option that paid out based on their failure to deliver on promises I'd be backing the truck in. 12 months time, if they last that long, guarantee they come out with all the excuses in the world why they couldnt get permission from the FDA, TGA reapplication wont have been submitted (unless they just take a packet of blank Reflex paper straight from the shelf of Officeworks and submit that) and the hand will be out for even more money.
