Hi kolu................ I believe it is time you read some information on --communication, especially to those in the public domain.
You also see it now in shops - Drs reception areas etc - about aggression -
Some have --- ' Any correspondence/communication showing an aggressive nature will be deleted/not attended to etc etc .........'.
As I said - common sense is lacking now. The bully tactic is not constructive.
Put yourself in MK's place and some whako - (not necessarily from HC) got up/into/at you in an aggressive manner --What would you do.... quiver and give in... Nah mate ............ civil manners win ! Come on my friend----------------!
