seeing my previous post was moderated for being "defamatory" I have edited it so as not to offend the mods. Notwithstanding my view on that point, it is not my place to argue the toss.

Last CR by CTP was announced on 15 March with a record date of 6 April. On 17 March they wrote to all options holders and advised them to convert their options prior to 30/3/10 if they wished to participate.

I am confident we would get a similar period of notice for this CR depending on the terms of the CR.

Consequently, I go back to my earlier premise that depending on the news we receive between the TH being lifted and the record date, we may see upward, rather than downward pressure as people scramble to get on board to qualify for discount shares.

Of course, if we don't get stellar news, we would remain flat or drift backwards.

Perhaps I am not quite as fickle as some. I have faith in JH's strategy to date and until I know all the facts, I am assuming there is a method to the madness and we will see benefits rather than negatives. I agree with some posters that the recent announcements have gone as far as they could in telegraphing what has been found at JW-1 and what is almost certain to follow. When you examine the language used quite deliberately by JH I think there are only two conclusions one could draw.

1) We have struck paydirt but legally JH can't confirm that to the market until all the tests have been completed. Those statements and announcements are as close to a nod and a wink as you could find.

2) JH is not a very nice person and perhaps, on relection, might have made some better life choices.

I assume the former and have seen no evidence of the latter to date.
