Yeah seems like this deal has been in the making a while. Hence the lack of energy and rush to make production happen. Makes me even more disappointed in some shareholders who failed to vote to drop out a certain director last year. That would have forced their hand and had them worried. It really sounds like a tactic to protect their positions to continue their lifestyle management because they know current HRZ major shareholders want a change at the top.
