EM have been working with AKP since 2018 (well before the announced MOU).
EM have invested many millions in developing / qualifying the tech so it can enter into volume production.
EM have invested further by obtaining tens of patents to protect its IP in China.
I agree the lack of market disclosure is a joke and ultimately leads to the sp being hammered. Sadly Fred doesn't care about the share price or holders as he basically controls / owns the company.
