No the market does approve
You know what the problem is
It's because the f*ing government brings in hundreds of thousands of migrants that boost the real estate ponzi scheme and keep that going up up and up so that no body can afford to live because with real estate high, it inflates everything else with it and it's just a cascading effect.
So essentially no one has any money to invest into things because it's all going to them being able to live and get by.
If we weren't in the biggest real estate Ponzi scheme in the world the price of this would be very very different right now.
But unfortunately that's the great Australia we live in where the government cares more about bringing people in than the people who were born here because they all have big bags and big real estate portfolios so they aren't negatively effected by it.
