Why would you want to get ASIC involved ? If there is an issue the company should be on it and if they are not then it could be because having ASIC sniffing around wasting management's time will do no good for anyone.
ide rather they find out who did ti themselves and give the Melbourne Mediator their address, Gato would be more effective than ASIC.
