There will be 116,216,213 shares issued to institutions / sophs by mid-next week as part of the placement.
There unlikely to be any buying from instos / sophs on the market as they are clearly already loaded. Retail is not going to buy on market when they can buy through SPP.
The daily volume is hardly over 5mln shares.
Now do you think someone can borrow some of those 116mln shares and do some nasty damage to a vulnerable share price, or is it hyperbolic in the extreme for me to think that?
