JORC update is subject to completion of the Monash testing. Feb 1st they said 14 from 16 tests had been completed.
The most recent time line provided for the PFS is Q1, ie prior to end March.
I have not seen any mention of timing for offtake agreements, but these cannot be expected prior to the PFS.
The PFS is the key, and even if it takes a few additional weeks, all of the associated testing continues to be positive.
I agree with sahmee's post complete with references to rocket ships going into orbit........
