Quoted on deferred settlement basis: 23 Sept
ASX notifed of undersubscriptions: 27 Sept
Full quotation of shares issued: 01 Oct
There is no conspiracy of silence, by the way. The company has simply been unable to take material actions or make material announcements whilst the rights prospectus has been open. To do so would have necessitated a supplementary prospectus every time that there was a material announcement.
Expect an update shortly.
