it has to be, seems nobody was talking about it !
unless you are arguing that rents are rising because there is SHORTAGE..you know...200 000 houses...bla bla bla ?
please do enlighten us about the reason. why you found important to formulate it in the manner of "MY rental return will tripe again" and NOT like the rest of us "rents are increasing"...kind of general banter...???
why is it personal? are you trying to bait somebody? are you under impression that this conversation is a mocking match between renters and landlords? are you incapable of discussing economic side of property in a civilised manner?
