What data would you think they will share? Noting they have never shared anything except that their $65M CETO 5 (3 x 80kW bouys?) spent two years in the water and produced 14 MWH (yes, 14MWh, just a little more than a home PV system).
Their excuse is that it is commercially sensitive, or part of an ongoing investigation ... Carnegie have it deep in their Fievez-DNA notto share data or anything that they can be held accountable to. They stick you the potential for wave power and 'road maps' with non-specific time horizons and phases.
