Well put in a mild mannered way an correct on all levels regarding the BoD's...there are some here who aren't as articulated but are honest in their assessments of the board in control here...yes I'm one of them who see's it in black an white no grey area's and as such I am dumbfounded that retail investor's here just sit back when Directors are blantantly destroying a company's value and do nothing...to say I have been extremely voicestress about them would be the biggest understatement of all time...they have systematically destroyed and brought this company close to being another Altura and imho retail should have acted straight after the AGM to rid these Muppets from running this company as all I can see is retail have given them more time to continue feathering their nests and filling up their own troughs at the expense of shareholders...and the conflict of interest of the current CEO JB/B1 only confirms that they have nfi what they are doing as their track records have clearly shown.
