Full disclosure: I own shares in both companies.

Have we considered that if we delay or stop this merger, it is probably too late to start a new cash machine, we will burn cash trying to develop a mine quickly - possibly making mistakes - but then become preyed upon for the tenements we have if we run out of money? While we are not an option trade, we should also consider time as part of the equation in this case. Further delays means we will be worth less to RED the longer it goes on.

Of course, we have been doing a lot of drilling but results have been not given to the market, they must have an idea and under 3.2 they must tell us but haven't - have to ask WHY?

Up and down side...there is gold in dem-dare hills but maybe not enough time to get it out before cash flow stops. Or, we join RED and the time constraint gets stretched out because of the mighty KOTH plant that has a +15 year life of cash flow.

...or, there is no gold and we desperately need the marriage. We may be keeping bad news hidden too although, I imagine MW (RED Boss) is too astute to not know the results under DD and NDA's. Hope he actually cares about shareholders across the board to be making long term decisions, I don't feel LT has true vision or cares enough about whats left behind, possibly because of pending retirement.

Assuming we don't get further information about drilling that may change my decision, my current vote is for the merger at a price we both don't like. Always a sign that a good deal has been done.
