Well IVZ want it as Scott has stated numerous times, once on the phone to me and once to Portiss, to attract large scale investors.
He stated it is their biggest hurdle to serious investment at the moment.
In my opinion, without it we ain’t going nowhere major sp wise
Still feel it may be why we have not commenced 3D? Not paying for it till we get some govt assurance.
Just my take on it.
