If you move or live in a country you should show respect to the local culture.

If the local culture expects you to cover up, you should cover up if the local culture expects you to show your face show your face.

In the end it is about showing respect for the community that you live in.

What you do in your own home, as long as its not against the law, is your business.

The burqa in some countries is an issue of custom and modesty.

In Australia we don't trust people who don't show their face. The covering of the face is associated with criminal behavior.

Here people expect to see another's face, they use it to make judgement on others trustworthiness, honesty and openest.

Expecting others to make allowances for you when you trying to impose your culture onto an existing community and culture is very rude.

To then claim that the community is racist for your refusal to adjust and conform to the local standards should be treated with the contempt it deserves.
