Well remembered - that option to acquire the SRL site. I see it was announced on 19 Aug 2022. I did some quick checks of a couple of the last quarterlies, and found no mention of it. The annual report last September (2023) does mention the option (pages 6-7), but doesn't seem to say anything actually happened. Strange given it repeats the option expiry date of 30 Sept 2023, and the ann report was released on 26 Sept 2023.
It would be interesting to clarify this issue with the company. If they've let it lapse to preserve cash (for their own salaries?), its a big red flag.
