But I sat beside Mrs H when she did one ten years ago and she failed it. It was heartbreaking to watch. At the time she was still driving, shopping, cooking, only recently retired and generally doin' OK. Only her memory was slipping, missing words mainly.

I can assure you she was far more competent than Biden is now. The special council isn't the only one who knows the truth.
