    From my discussions with the Snr Commercial person in CNX they have continually engaged and provided answers to ALL questions posed by DERM. I think DERM are learning about UCG!!!! LOL!

    CXY and CNX are leagues apart in technologies so to correlate the issues is understandable and I do commiserate with CXY shareholders.

    I do wonder how LNC has seemingly gotten out of all this investigation...
