Whilst this may be perceived as a bullish sign, lets not forget that EMH has to push DFS out of the door which they report to do in Mar 2024. This transaction is right on the cusp of mandatory 6 week period of no purchases if the BOD was aware of the material developments/discussions that have not been disclosed to the market.
From the above that could mean two things:
1. DFS will be delayed in release and will be released post March 2024 allowing for full compliance with the related insider trades requirements of ASX/ASIC 2. DFS is released on time in March with the transaction just scraping in under the minimum requirements.
In either instances the promised "offtake news before the release of DFS" won't be able to happen now as the purchases from the BOD are obliging them to demonstrate that they didn't know any material positive information to stay compliant.
More EMH silence is incoming, unfortunate.
