I've been trying to guess who the product company could be. I can't imagine it would be a company that makes washing machines for example.
It would have to be a company that has a very strong interest in developing the technology in partnership with WBT.
They would have to believe in WBT and want to hasten development of the tech.
I wonder if NVDA could be the product company and the CHIPS funding is to accelerate research on Neuromorphic reram.
TSMC makes NVDA'S chips.
NVDA is not a foundry or an IDM.
Could be a possibility...
