silver breaks 30 year high, page-3

The upper band would probably be better served a little lower where the price seemed to be contained more often, those two spike ups where clear overshoots and may need to be ignored in the general trend(same way the low spike was ignored).
Would bring the upper side of the band quite close to $30 which will also be a big phsycological barrier.
Thanks for posting the chart, people seem to get so carried away with conspiricies and armageddon scenarios to justify ridiculous price estimates whilst not paying attention to what the charts say.
Personally i think if or when there is a strike at the $30 there could be a massive tanking (by massive i mean a minimum of 50%, probably more).
Both the surges and pullbacks are getting bigger and i'll definitely be shorting an any attempt at the $30 mark.
For now we will probably see higher prices (although i expect a decent pullback for options expiry) but i'll only be buying at large support barriers and taking porfit whenever it's there.
