I am a believer in Hazer - but FFS!! Manipulation of the SP or someone dumping out, has artificially driven the SP down when it should be going up, then there is a CR just as the SP seems to have bottomed out. So then the raise will no doubt be done at a discount to that artificially depressed average price during this period.

So the people selling, have they heard about a planned raise??? If so they are double winners - they make a profit from the last raise, selling out now knowing that can by discounted in the raise, then rinse and repeat when they buy on the discounted raise. Not making the allegation - but the timing really sucks unless there is a really good story behind the raise.

If there is no big announcement to justify a decent raise price and there is a discounted raise that goes to sophisticated investors (even with a token offer to holders) - it will ASIC complaint time!
