    At best, in the best possible light, this is an empty announcement. Even this should invite an ASX please explain.

    Other than that, other posters have pointed out the obvious- they have no control of IM3NY.

    I would expect that ASX staff would be drawing lots to see who writes the please explain- as we speak. Someone will be late for their coffee break.

    IMHO DYOR this just keeps on giving
