Lol you think this presentation was only released to the brokers 2 days ago? and they said yes to a discounted price and CR today so he released the TH.
I call bullsh*t.

This presentation was put together weeks ago, CT would have known he was going to do a CR a month or two ago, he would have been round the brokers for 2 weeks or so gauging interest and size of the raise. Brokers as they make 6-8% will always do the raise if they think its a deal for their clients so they would have said yes we'll play but we want it at 1.6 he would have said I cant do that disocunt as it at 3. They would have responded with dont worry we'll sell off some now to sink it to 2.4. You release the preso,we'll sell down some more to 1.8 you announce the raise at 1.5 and take some for yourself and bingo bango here we f are.
