Look at Carbon Revolution (CREV). Mark is chummy and in awe of how they manage to delist from the ASX and 'successful' with the US Listing.

How far it has fallen since listing on the US Markets. Shareholders just keep on losing out!

My gut is telling me that Mark was hoping to follow the footsteps of Carbon Revolution would give an amazing rebound and sizable paycheck for himself listing in the US.

Of course, that is why he was trying to talk up how important the America market and 'factory' is.

Now looking at how CREV is performing, I'm sure he is having 2nd thoughts and trying to find another way to spin the story.

Not to mention, if you are planning on expanding, shouldn't we be increasing headcount? WE NEED EXPERTISE. We would have to send numerous engineers and staff to America to set up operation. If we are cutting headcount, who's going to run the the operations here? There is definitely going to be a talent shortage and gap.

Oh, business and first class flights for directors and their chummy mates. More costs only in trying to set up America operations.
