I continue to strongly believe in the company and the management team...like all teams though they need gentle reminders occasionally..after all they are very well paid professionals and they are representing us..as well as themselves ;)
Professionals accept and heed feedback and look to improve their performances.
I'd imagine Tony inparticular would be one of those people at a guess.

No recs from me but if a placement is offered, and around the levels spoken about, I will be taking up the offer.
