Hey hey Joe, I have been here awhile as you say and I got in on this by default after URB was torn asunder. It is my fault that at the time I never understood the structure and bias tied to directors. I did hang on and even topped up at one stage so again, my fault for not reading the writing on the wall. Whether it was C19 to blame back then or not I though they had adjusted their port and still had some modern and efficient building with decent leasing locked in for stability and that their commercial realestate was well placed
