This is the main issue.
Customers do not want to have to deal with this level of regulation when they just want to enjoy themselves. Table players it is what it is as that's the only option, but why would a slots player go to The Star, when they go to the local club and literally bypass all of this regulation.
it is a completely uneven playing field.
