Especially when considering Buckler's long history of surrounding himself with the same old tired people again, from New Hope, through Altura and Morella. This is a distinct lack of desire to expand and diversify knowledge, and more importantly, to GROW.
Ask yourself, why the hell is it important that anyone who gets on the bod has to have a previous connection to coal? That's going backwards, not forward.
Why the resistance towards getting someone with chemical or downstream knowledge? The answer is pretty obvious.
