the solution is very simple
all jenkins has to do is suspend a coupl of Libs for 24 hours and then hold all the votes while they are suspended
if abbott wants to play dirty, then gillard should fight fire with fire
start proceedings every day and suspend a few Libs - can be rotated just to be fair and bingo - government wins every vote
that'll really upset the loonie right
