I don’t know if Tendinewa will be the best site for AVL’s processing factory and - as long as the best site is chosen - I don’t think it matters.
But whichever way it goes, I think the land value there - for either AVL - if it buys it, or for the Critch family of Tendinewa if it does not
(They have kept the purchase agreement with Wyalong Pastoral {at $2100 an acre(?)} open since October 2019)
There’s a lot of big companies targeting that area which I think is intended to be the ‘hinterland of the new Oakajee port development 25k north of Geraldton .

And it looks as if it’s would be the same distance from Wyalong as Geraldton is.
