That article makes it sound like a done deal where the site will be, but I never trust those things to be even 30% accurate.
Graham's quote saying "we likely won't be constructing ahead of the merger with TMT" indicates it was a quote from last year maybe even though the article is a day old.
And i'll also site the 'spin' of making it sound like they were likely going to start construction but put it on hold soley due to the pending merger. Like that's the only reason we aren't already breaking ground.
If I were AVL, unless they 100% plan to construct there, I would have put a stop on this article due to gross miss-information...,
So either they don't give two craps about what narrative is being told out there about them, or this is the plan and onsite processing is off the table already.
