I had a look at what limited figures were avaialble for economic viability and the take up rate assumptions were simply ridiculous.

The take up will be 100%. Doesn't get any better than that.
At that rate and with low build cost thanks to the deal with Telstra, we should be looking at a ROR of 8.3%.
