    Old article - but I noticed the applications had bang up to date revisions.

    These PDF's were updated late Dec 2023 - only 7-8 weeks ago.

    It would be strange (even for AVL / TMT) to revise the docs as recently as this, clearly state they were in talks with a Gas Company, have a water permit, have a haulage permit etc etc and for this to not be the company pathway.

    And then submit it to SDAU on Feb 14th 2024?

    If this isn't the way forward, then someone has stuffed up very badly for the docs to be on public display, and the journal article to remain online.
