    As an investor, why would you not care? All of the intellectual property has gone from the former ISX (now SP1), there is no sign of a listing of the demerged overseas entity, and the former CEO is a 2nd Respondent being prosecuted by ASIC and is in battle with the ATO over a tax liability. What if certain findings are made and the papers are referred?
