Exactly. More often than not, compensation packages including bonuses/ performance targets need approved by shareholders anyway. I havent seen any proposed performance rights so I am not worried about fiscal irresponsibilty at this stage.
I would also feel reassured that the loanees will be keeping a close eye given the amounts they are owed.
