Putins Guide to Snatching Defeat out of the Jaws of Victory
1.Needs to start with planning - pick the most LOYAL military leaders - not the most smart or efficient , they will be ambitious - Stalin knew this truth and how to deal with it .
2.Allow no oversight of these leaders such that corruption is allowed to flourish minimising quality of supply to troops impacting both performance and morale .
3. Make sure 1 and 2 are NOT factored into any opertional plans - simply work on the apparent strength of your forces compared to the enemy .
4. Make no realistic appraisal of or allowance for the strengths / advantages of the enemy .
5. Don't send too many troops initialy - overwhelming force makes victory moe likely .
6. when at first you don't succeed ....double down .....keep doing the same thing , don't change !
7. raid gaols to provide cannon fodder for "quality" troops
8.Keep in mind that when you lose high levels of equipment you are just really getting rid of old inventory .
9. Don't use too many missiles on military targetds ....save them mostly for residential areas .
10.Punish underperformance by middle and higher level commanders harshly enough such that they are forced to submit inaccurate reports of operations to avoid reprisals against them .
