The MITSUBISHI UFJ TRUST AND BANKING CORPORATION, a consolidated subsidiary of the MUFG Group, has made an offer to acquire 100% of the shares in the Link Administration Holdings Limited for A$2.10 per share.
If all the LNK shareholders accept the offer, the MUFG boys will have to come up with about A$1.08 billion.
As a shareholder of LNK, I shall be voting NO to the offer, when the proposal is put to a vote, for the simple reason most people here will understand. This is not financial advice to anyone so don't follow what I do.
It's just my disdain for them.
