Well yes of course as any holder in our situation would think, if its a pre revenue play and we are watching every dime then yes it's always good to have the management/execs on a min. However, at the same time I do think there is a balance....you pay peanuts and what are you going to get. It is more about incentivising them...but I also agree there is a balance.

Take Dr Skerrett for example...she needs to be paid ... if not why would she stay for the medium to longer term. Yes you can pay her in options etc...but also the base has to be at least somewhat commiserate to the role and experience.

I sometimes think if I were Paul what would I do/accept...we don't have all the background and the pressures and what's involved and all the reasons and rationale. Sometimes its typical with PAR, we wonder what they are up to. There has been a number of things in the background that we arent across until later on. Terribly easy to be critical when we dont know all the operational ongoings. Not overly defending them, as I say, things need to be done/changed... Its already getting late. We need to be in a much better position before we are even ready to entertain a genuine Global deal that we are indeed worthy of.

Look, any way you cut it some holders will always be displeased. At the same time I understand that we have to watch costs and there is plenty time for a 'party' later when we are making our Millions and Billions.

Im very glad Mr Williams has stepped up to the plate...give him some time but its a change for the better.
