it's a 25:1 consolidation, therefore the number of shares on the register is divided by 25 and the SP multiplied by 25.
The effect is that the value of each person's shareholding remains the same as at the commencement of trading following the consolidation.
Unfortunately, the reality is often that following the consolidation a small cap explorer with a variety of projects to keep funding will generally proceed to do many more capital raises and the register will get heavily diluted again and the SP eventually falls back close to current levels, unless of course they have a turnaround in performance.
