Excellent oze. I'm just a beginner in comparison. Any tips would be handy about what to eat/drink and when as I'm only discovering how important diet is and I'm willing to tweak it - I guess eat as much protein as possible?
Eg. have you heard of Acetyl Carnitine?
One scoop of Myofusion apparently provides a whopping 25 mg of protein. I'm unsure when to take the protein.
