hi, Testing will always its biases and problems. Bottom line is you start losing bits of your brain which have to do with cognition. And the effects of this accelerate with age. So , if you elect a 76 year old in 2024 , you have a much higher chance of them being impaired 2years later vs someone in their 50's. There are plenty of people younger than 70 around to take the role. If you can't be a judge , why pm? Anyone want to fly Sydney to Los Angeles with an 80 year old pilot?
