Foreign investment is what most countries want ....and what Ukraine will NEED to recover . When you build a shopping centre say - you have a long term return on the cap outlay via rents paid by the shopkeepers for the life of the asset 9or until sold ) . That asset doesn't exist until created with development money . Shouldn't really NEED to explain , ...... surely on HC of all places people should understand both the principle and how it works .
Dishonest and innacurate to portray as "selling the farm" ......actually what it is to be more accurate is "propaganda " .
