If Drissa has been terminated, and as the Company reminded us in the reply from Michael Weir re: the Company is aware of their reporting and regulatory requirements, as one of those requirements is continuous disclosure (even when suspended) then there should have been an announcement of his termination?

Seriously, what could they be restructuring?

They have 3 board members, one of which acts in an executive roll when required, and a consultant general manager of Finance.

Only for the fact that there is 4 of them, they can't be labeled as the Three Stooges

Saying that, if Drissa has been terminated maybe the sale of Morila is imminent?
