I think you're right GZ - I'm wanting to build muscle mass (bulk up) It appears I'm currently training for endurance on light weights which is not what I want. At the moment, I can do 80 5kg bicep curls before failure, which is pretty good, and I feel I'm getting nothing for it.
180kgs is pretty impressive at 60 and don't worry I can lift a glass. It's straight to the shops for this monkey as the postage is too high for 2 X 10kgs. LOL
