Strike personnel means key management personnel (including Directors, officers, senior executives), and employees of the Company and its controlled or associated entities (and in certain circumstances Associated persons of the Company and its controlled or associated entities).
Family trusts are not a Strike controlled or associated entity.
There whole purpose is to protect assets, essentially a mini corporation.
