It happens. I worked WE2 but retired before subsequent wells were drilled. I sold out of STX after WE2 so havent really been watching the more recent wells.
Logs can give ambiguous indications...that's why calibration of resistivity against a formation water sample is so critical. To date out only water sample from Mukuyu is one of dubious quality from The Pebbly Arkose Fm
