Do the seven international mining arbitration barristers have intimate knowledge of the case or are their comments just based on face value. I believe it’s the latter and I have no doubt they all make a point of it. Commenting on the merits of a case without knowing the finer details is pointless.

ETM can explore for other mineral deposits that don’t conrain >100ppm uranium. Thats not expropriation.

The arbitration tribunal decision on jurisdiction will be a defining moment in this saga. I expect that will be the next arbitration update IMHO.
