Sorry for not being clearer - from the ann:

Firm commitments for A$2.5 million received under a Placement to new andexisting sophisticated investors at $0.03 per share.

Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) to raise up to $1 million under the same terms asthe Placement.

So a total of $3.5mill to raise. So those wishing to participate can - but:

The Company will notaccept oversubscriptions under the SPP.

Not sure on allocation procedure but if you held shares on or prior to 14th Feb you qualify for the spp which will be also be at 3c per share.
